The REDMAGIC AquaCore Cooling system in all REDMAGIC 11 Pro models, including the 12GB version, is engineered for both safety and durability. It has undergone tens of thousands of drop tests—exceeding industry standards—to ensure real-world reliability.

In extreme cases where excessive external force is applied, the liquid cooling film may experience slight leakage. However, the cooling fluid is non-conductive and used in very small quantities, so it will not cause liquid ingress, short-circuiting, or corrosion to the motherboard.
If leakage is detected, the after-sales service center will conduct a professional inspection to determine whether the cause was human-induced. Based on the inspection results, the repair may fall under free warranty service or paid repair.

Yes. The REDMAGIC 11 Pro supports 80W wired fast charging and wireless fast charging, delivering fast and efficient power for compatible chargers.

It also supports reverse wireless charging, designed mainly for occasional or emergency use—such as powering earbuds or smartwatches. The system automatically adjusts the output based on the receiving device and temperature to ensure safety and reduce battery stress. Because prolonged use may generate additional heat and accelerate battery wear, we recommend using reverse wireless charging only when necessary.

The REDMAGIC 11 Pro supports *IPX8 level water resistance protection.

*Devices are tested under controlled laboratory conditions, achieving an IPX8 rating. The air duct adopts an independent cooling structure; dust may enter this duct during operation but it does not affect the device’s core functions or overall performance under normal use. Please note that splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent features, and normal wear and tear may reduce their effectiveness. Please do not charge the device when it is wet.
